God is our peace! Read Psalm 29:11, Psalm 119:165, Psalm 122:7-8, Isaiah 26:3, Isaiah 32:17-18, John 14:27 and Colossians 3:15.
This is a time to examine our hearts before the Lord and ask Him to reveal anything that could hinder our prayers.
Take this time to thank God for answered prayer or for what He is doing in your life, your husband's life, your marriage, or your family.
Today, we will pray that our husbands will Control his Anger and Temper through Scripture verses to pray, just insert your husband's name into the blank spaces...
Lord, would You remind __________ that good sense makes a man restrain his anger, and it is his glory to overlook a transgression or an offense. Help ________ to restrain his anger and I ask that with Your help, ______________ would be able to extend grace and not be easily offended with others, in Jesus name.
Father, Your Word says, it is an honor for a man to cease from strife and keep aloof from it, but every fool will quarrel. Would you help _______ to be a man of honor and a man of peace. Help him in situations that test his patience in that he would cease from strife and would not be foolish in quarreling.
I pray that _______ would understand (this), my beloved brethren. Let every man be quick to hear (a ready listener), slow to speak, slow to take offense and to get angry. Remind ________ by Your Holy Spirit that man's anger does not promote the righteousness of God (wishes and requires). May ________ make the right choice when he is confronted with difficulty and not allow himself to get upset in an unrighteous way. I pray that fruit of self-control would continually grow and increase in his life, in the loving name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
"And whatever you ask for in prayer, having faith
and believing, you will receive."
