Day 14: Wives in Prayer for our husbands to be Fully Equipped in Godliness

Praise
God is our Help! read Psalm 33:20-22, Psalm 34:15, 17-18; Psalm 40:1-3, Psalm 46:1, Psalm 60:11-12, Psalm 6:1-4 and Isaiah 50:7.

Confession
This is a time to examine your heart before the Lord.  Ask Him to reveal anything that stands in the way of your prayers and confess it.

Thanksgiving
Take this time to thank God for answered prayer or for what He is doing in your life, your husband's life, your marriage, or your family.

Intercession
Today we will pray for our husband's would be fully equipped in Godliness through Scripture verses, just insert your husband's name into the blank spaces.

Philippians 1:6
I thank You that we can be convinced and sure, that He who began a good work in ____________ will continue until the day of Jesus Christ (right up to the time of His return), developing (that good work) and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in _____________.

Hebrews 13:21
Father I ask that You would strengthen (complete, perfect) and make _________ what You ought him to be and equip him with everything good so that __________ may carry out Your will (while You Yourself) work in him and accomplish that which is pleasing in Your sight, through Jesus Christ.


1 Timothy 6:11
Lord, I pray that You would continue to make _________ a man of God.  I pray that he would flee from ungodly things, and that _______ would aim at and pursue righteousness (right standing with God and true goodness), godliness (which is the loving fear of God and being Christ like).  I pray for _________ that he would grow in his faith, in love, in steadfastness (patience), and with gentleness of heart.  Make him a man after Your own heart, in the might name of Jesus, Amen!
